Share Hub Pop-up:

The Share File pop-up provides users with a quick and intuitive interface for sharing files or folders with other users or groups. The pop-up displays key file details such as the item name, location, share date, and the number of downloads.

Users can optionally secure the shared item with a password, ensuring controlled access. Under Advanced Settings, users can assign permissions—View, Edit, or Download—to specific groups or teams. This allows fine-grained control over how shared content is accessed and used.

A single Share button at the bottom finalizes the configuration, making the sharing process fast, structured, and secure.
