17.3.1 Storage Lists Overview

When the user opens the Storage Lists section within the Marketplace module, the system displays a primary table containing all purchased or assigned storage plans. This table provides a complete overview of storage-related transactions and allocations associated with each user. The details shown in this table typically include:

• Order ID: Displays the unique purchase identifier associated with the storage plan, enabling accurate tracking of storage transactions.

• Storage Plan Name: Indicates the name of the purchased storage plan (e.g., Starter Pack), allowing the administrator to quickly identify the type of plan assigned.

• Storage: Specifies the total storage capacity included in the plan, such as 1 GB or 5 GB.

• Amount Paid: Shows the cost of the purchased storage plan, confirming the amount billed during the transaction.

• Purchase Date: Indicates the date on which the storage plan was purchased, helping users track billing cycles and history.

• Expiry Date: Displays the date when the storage plan will expire, allowing administrators to manage renewals or plan upgrades.

• Plan Status: Shows whether the storage plan is currently Active, Expired, or in another state.

• Action: Each row contains an Edit/View icon. Clicking this icon allows the user to view the detailed breakdown of how the storage plan has been assigned to users.

17.3.2 Storage Planned Details

When the user clicks the Edit/View icon from the main Storage List, the system opens the Storage – Planned Details page. This screen displays how the purchased storage plan has been distributed among individual users. The details shown in this table include:

• Record Number: Indicates the sequential listing of each storage assignment.

• Storage Plan: Shows the name of the plan from which storage has been allocated (e.g., Starter Pack).

• User: Displays the name of the user who has received a portion of the assigned storage.

• Storage: Specifies the amount of storage allocated to that user (e.g., 5 GB, 1 GB).

• Expiry Date: Indicates when the allocated storage will expire based on the plan’s validity.

• Action Option: Provides an icon that allows the user to view more details or perform additional storage-related actions.

A Back button is available at the top right of the page, allowing users to easily return to the main Storage Lists screen after reviewing assignment details.
