17.4.2 App License list Edit

When the user navigates to the App License Lists page, the system displays a structured table containing all license entries associated with the selected application. The page header clearly shows the App Name, allowing the administrator to quickly confirm which application’s license data is being viewed. The table provides an organized overview of each app license entry, presenting the following key information:

  • User Name – Displays the name of the user assigned to the application license, enabling clear identification of who has access to the selected app.

  • Order ID – Indicates the source or type of the license allocation. In this case, entries such as “Free App” identify that the license was assigned without purchase or through a free plan.

  • Email Address – Shows the registered email linked to each user’s application access, ensuring accurate tracking and verification for communication or account-related updates.

  • Created Date – Presents the date on which the license entry was generated in the system, allowing administrators to reference when access to the application was granted.

  • User Status – Specifies the current status of the user’s app license, such as Active, indicating that the user currently has valid access to the application.

  • Action Options – Each row includes an Edit/View icon, which allows administrators to review or modify the details of the selected app license entry. This action provides a deeper view of the individual license information.

A Back button is also available at the top right corner of the page. When clicked, it returns the user to the previous navigation level, allowing smooth and intuitive movement between different sections of the Marketplace module.
