17.2.1 User License list Edit

When the user clicks the Edit/View icon for a specific entry in the User License Lists table, the system opens a detailed view that displays all relevant information associated with the selected license record. The details presented in this screen are derived directly from the corresponding row in the table and are structured to ensure clarity and accuracy. The displayed information typically includes:

  • User Name – Shows the exact name of the user or group as listed in the table, allowing the administrator to confirm the identity associated with the license.

  • User Type – Indicates whether the entry belongs to an individual user or a group, such as user or group.

  • Order ID – Displays the unique order number linked to the license (e.g., ORDERID#LIC202524), ensuring the administrator can track the specific purchase or transaction.

  • Email Address – Presents the registered email associated with the license, shown exactly as it appears in the table, enabling verification or updates when needed.

  • Created Date – Shows the date when the license record was added to the system, allowing users to reference when the license became active.

  • User Status – Indicates the current operational state of the license, such as Active, helping administrators quickly assess whether the license is currently in use.

  • Action Options – The table provides two available actions for each license entry: an Edit icon, which allows the administrator to update or modify the details of the selected record, and a Delete icon, which enables the removal of the license entry upon confirmation.

A dedicated Back button is available at the top of the screen. When clicked, it returns the user to the previous User License Lists page, enabling easy navigation after reviewing or editing a specific license record.
