6.2 Custom Graph Builder
Metrics Configuration
SecurelyHere, manageyou'll define the data sources for your custom graph, allowing you to compare different sets of metrics.
Metrics One
This represents the primary set of data for your graph.
- Select Activity Group: Choose a broad category of activities you want to analyze. Available options typically include:User Activity: Focus on individual user
identitiesactions andstreamlinebehaviors. - Group
acrossActivity: Analyze actions performed by user groups or departments. - RBAC: Monitor activities related to Role-Based Access Control (e.g., role assignments, permission changes).
- File Management: Track operations related to files and documents (e.g., uploads, downloads, deletions).
- Select Activity Type: Narrow down your
enterprise.selection within the chosen activity group (e.g., "Successful Logins," "Failed Logins" within "User Activity"). The available types will dynamically update based on your "Activity Group" selection. - Select Graph: Choose the type of visualization you want for this metric set (e.g., bar chart, line graph, pie chart, area chart).
Metrics Two
Use this section to add a second set of data, allowing for comparisons or multi-metric views on your graph.
Select Activity Group: Similar to Metrics One, choose another broad category of activities. Available options typically include:
- User
Lifecycle Management:Activity:Create, suspend, or decommission users in seconds. Authentication Integration:Support for LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):Enforced at both user and admin levels.- Group
Policies & Profiles:Activity:Apply settings globally or per user group. LoginRBAC:- File
& Access History:Management:Drill down on who accessed what, when, and from where.
Select Activity Type: Narrow down your selection within the chosen activity group. The available types will dynamically update based on your "Activity Group" selection.
Select Graph: Choose the type of visualization for this second metric set.
Date Selection
Define the time frame for the data included in your graph.
Select Date (Start): Choose the beginning date for your data range using the integrated calendar selector.
Select Date (End): Choose the end date for your data range using the integrated calendar selector.
Graph Actions
Once you've configured your metrics and date range, use these buttons to finalize or reset your graph.
Add this [Graph]: Click this button to generate and display the custom graph based on your selections.
Reset Graph: This option will clear all your current graph configurations, returning the Custom Graph section to its default state.Important Note: The first graph is your default graph! This message indicates that one of your saved graphs is designated as the primary or default view when you navigate to the Custom Graph section.
OK: Confirm and proceed with resetting the graphs.
Cancel: Abort the reset operation and retain your current graph configurations.
Metrics Configuration
