  3.2.1 App Interface (Right Side Icons)

  The right pane includes a vertical list of key applications, displayed as interactive icons. These represent your primary desktop components:

  • Recycle Bin: Manage deleted files; restore or permanently remove them.
  • App Nest: Launch and manage installed cloud-based applications.
  • Settings: Customize system preferences, themes, and layout.
  • File Manager: Browse, upload, and organize your cloud files.
  • Download: View and access downloaded files.
  • Document: Create or open office documents directly from the desktop.
  • User Management: Manage users, roles, and permissions.

  Scroll Behavior: Not all icons are visible at once scroll down within the pane to reveal additional tools hidden from the default view.

  3.2.2 Administrator Panel (Bottom-Right)

  At the bottom-right corner of the desktop interface, you’ll find the company logo icon. When you hover over it, a tooltip labeled "Administrator" appears. Click the logo to open the Administrator Panel, which provides quick access to essential administrative tools and system settings.
